Istana Batu Royal Museum (Malay: Muzium Diraja Istana Batu) is a museum in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. The museum building was constructed in 1939 during the reign of Sultan Ismail ibni Sultan Muhammad IV as a wedding gift for his nephew Yahya Petra.

Kelantan State Museum, This building was used as the premises of the Land Office during the colonial days until 1990 when major renovations were carried out to convert it into the Kelantan State Museum. Handicraft Village and Craft Museum, located centrally at the heart of Kota Bahru cultural zone. It’s located within walking distance from Istana Balai Besar and Buluh Kubu Bazaar. Alternatively, you can also access from Jalan Hilir Kota and Jalan Sultan. Address: Jalan Sultan Kota Bharu, Kelantan
